I was very happy with the quality of these linens. The fabric is more cottony than satiny which is what I prefer- more cozy. Also the elastic goes all the way around unlike like American sheets. I have an extra thick mattress, 19 inches or so, and the fitted sheet hugs in beautifully great buy.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

When I first received these I was a little hesitant as they seemed slightly stiff. I washed them before putting them on the bed though and they were quite comfortable. After 3 washings they just keep getting better and better. I ordered the gold and found it to be a little more "gold" than I anticipated from the photo, but still a good color. The gold is a metallic dark mustard color in real life.
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
