After reading the positive reviews I placed an order for these sheets. The product was packed very well and shipped promptly. Unfortunately, the sheets did not fit my bed, I have queen platform bed and my mattress is only 7 1/2" deep and these sheets fit up to 19 inches... I guess if you have anything in the 10"-19" range you will be good but for me there was just to much extra fabric bunching up. I contacted the company and they promptly provided means for returning the sheets for a credit to my account.
Later in the same day I received a phone call from Luxor Linens by an employee named Mike. He was genuinely concerned that my sheets did not fit and explained that the company has a custom tailoring department that can alter my sheets to fit my mattress exactly. He arranged for UPS to pickup my order the next day free of charge. I received the altered sheets in about 7 days and they fit like a glove, I am very happy with the purchase !
I must say this is the most responsive customer service I have ever experienced from any company, and I can recommend this product to other customers without hesitation. I could not be happier.

Don’t hesitate in getting these; the sheets are really smooth and silky. The elegant look is great and long-lasting. I find it more and more difficult pulling myself out of bed each morning with these comfy sheets. A great set over-all!

These are the best-looking quality sheets I’ve ever bought online. The sheets are very soft even after washing and the color stays vibrant as well. I have a 10-inch memory foam and the sheets fit comfortably with no hard effort. This is a great sheet set and I would definitely mention it to anyone at any time.

These are top-quality sheets and can really withstand a lot of washing and drying cycles. They can be a little stiff at first but after a few washings they become extremely comfortable. We really love these sheets more than our other 1200 thread count sheets that get worn out after a few washings.

The condo we stayed at in Hawaii had these incredible sheets. When we got home we immediately looked for the most luxurious sheets the internet can offer. We purchased these sheets and experienced the same great comfort we had at the condo! Great color, great fit and amazing softness! I would highly recommend these to anyone!

At first, I was nervous in buying high thread count sheets because some reviews mentioned high thread count sheets are rough. But these are really, really smooth. They feel wonderful. I washed them before using and they just feel great – very luxurious. I wouldn’t want any lower thread count sheets anymore.
