Placing an Order
Product Page
On the Product page you will choose the color, size, and quantity of the product. Once you've made your selections, click ADD TO BAG to add the product to your shopping bag. A new window will fade-in stating your selection has been added to bag. You may then view the coordinating items listed at the bottom of the window or If you're ready to complete your order, click Continue Checkout if not, click Continue Shopping to purchase more items.
Shopping Bag
All the items that you have selected will be in your shopping bag located on the top right of the site. You may simply place your mouse over this section to view bag details. Clicking this area will take you to the full shopping bag area. Inside the shopping bag you will be able to change the quantity, delete items, and update any size , color selections.
Using a Coupon Code
If you have a valid coupon code you may enter it on the bottom of the shopping bag screen after you have added an item(s). Your coupon discount will reflect in your shopping total.

Existing Customers
Here you will be asked to login. If you are an existing customer simply enter your user name and password, if you don’t remember you login info may recover you password here. Your account information will already be stored and you may proceed to simple checkout.
New Customer
If you are new customer please fill out the simple new account registration form. There are many benefits to registering for an account including easy checkout, wish lists, and gift registry.

Payments
We accept payment via Master Card, Visa, and American Express, as well as The Luxor Linens Gift Certificate. If a Gift Certificate is entered, the value of the certificate will be depleted before your credit card is charged. Place Order

Sales Tax
Luxor Linens is required by law to collect applicable sales tax on shipments to the state of New York. Taxes will reflect at the end of your order during checkout. For orders outside the United States, all applicable duties must be paid by the customer, and will be billed by the delivering carrier. Gifts & Gift Certificates
Sending a Gift
You may designate your order as a gift in the comments section at the end of your order during checkout. Gift orders will include an invoice/packing sheet, but no prices will be printed on it. International customs regulations require that the value of packages being sent internationally is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Signature Gift Packaging
Gifts from Luxor Linens come beautifully packaged in our signature two-tone black and white box. A signature complimenting gift message will also be enclosed with each gift. To add Gift Packaging to your order click here and add it to your shopping bag. $9.95 per box, if you would like 3 items packages please add 3 gift boxes to your shopping bag. Items that do not include gift packaging will be shipped in a standard Luxor Linens box at no charge.
Gift Certificates
Giving the luxury of choice is as easy as sending The Luxor Linens Gift Certificate. Our Gift Certificate will arrive in our signature two-tone black and white packaging with a personal message of your choosing via certified mail or through E-mail if you really need to get it there on time!

Redeeming a Gift Certificate
Gift Certificates can be redeemed online or by phone at 1.800.806.3259 or 718-841-7444 if you are outside the United States. You may use a combination of Gift Cards and a credit card to make your purchase.
The Gift Certificate is redeemable for merchandise and services only at Luxor Linens It cannot be redeemed for cash. To use, simply type in the number of the certificate in the space provided in the checkout process. Shipping Destinations
Luxor Linens can accommodate orders to the entire United States including Hawaii, Alaska, PO Box/APO and FPO. For complete pricing information refer to our shipping rates. International Shipping
Luxor Linens is happy to fulfill orders to all regions of the globe.
We will normally ship international orders via DHL, however in some scenarios we may choose a more appropriate method. For complete pricing please refer to our shipping rates
Delivery Time
The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.
Orders received Monday - Thursday by 11:00 PM (EST) normally leave our distribution center within 24-72 hours after the order has been placed. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. The shipping cost is based on your order total and shipping method.
* Most Orders Ship the following Business day if placed before 11am EST, however some orders may include a processing time of 24-72 hours.

Return & Exchange Restriction Policies
*Prior to sending any articles back to Luxor Linens a return authorization must be created by a sales associate. Products that are sent without a proper Return Authorization are subject to additional fees.
Any item that is not in the original packaging and/or has been used or washed will not be eligible for a full refund. To qualify for a return or exchange products must be returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same item when the defective item is returned within 7 days of receipt of purchase. An explanation of the defect must be noted prior to authorization being granted. Upon receipt of your order, please verify the color, size and identify any defects prior to washing, we will not accept washed sheets for return or exchange.
We are not responsible for damages, losses, delays caused by the shipping carrier, or theft occurring during shipping, and therefore we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance and delivery confirmation, especially if you are a resident outside of the US.
We cannot accept used or custom items for return or exchange. Please do not wash or use the merchandise until you are sure that you are not returning or exchanging it. If a soiled item is returned to us, we will return it to the customer at his or her expense.
Once we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved amount to the credit card used to make the purchase. Credit for returns will be calculated based upon the purchase price less shipping, minus a 10% restocking fee.
