On the Product page you will choose the color, size, and quantity of the product. Once you've made your selections, click ADD TO BAG to add the product to your shopping bag. A new window will fade-in stating your selection has been added to bag. You may then view the coordinating items listed at the bottom of the window or If you're ready to complete your order, click Continue Checkout if not, click Continue Shopping to purchase more items.
Shopping Bag
All the items that you have selected will be in your shopping bag located on the top right of the site. You may simply place your mouse over this section to view bag details. Clicking this area will take you to the full shopping bag area. Inside the shopping bag you will be able to change the quantity, delete items, and update any size , color selections. |

Existing Customers
Here you will be asked to login. If you are an existing customer simply enter your user name and password, if you don't remember you login info may recover you password here. Your account information will already be stored and you may proceed to simple checkout.
New Customer
If you are new customer please fill out the simple new account registration form. There are many benefits to registering for an account including easy checkout, wish lists, and gift registry.

Shipping
We offer Standard, 3 day, and Expedited shipping methods. For complete shipping methods and pricing please refer to our Shipping Policies & Rates.
Payments
We accept payment via Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express, as well as The Luxor Linens Gift Certificate. If a Gift Certificate is entered, the value of the certificate will be depleted before your credit card is charged. You may use one Gift Certificate per order. Gift certificate is Not combinable with coupons.
Place Order
On this page you will be asked to verify that the items in your order are correct, and that the shipping and billing information is correct. You may go back in the checkout process to make corrections or changes to your order. Click SUBMIT to send us your order or GO BACK to make changes.
Confirmation
This page will summarize all of your order information and provide your order number. We suggest that you print this page for your reference. You will also receive an order confirmation email. Luxor Linens is required by law to collect applicable sales tax on shipments to the state of New Jersey only. Taxes will reflect at the end of your order during checkout. For orders outside the United States, all applicable duties must be paid by the customer, and will be billed by the delivering carrier. You may designate your order as a gift in the comments section at the end of your order during checkout. Gift orders will include an invoice/packing sheet, but no prices will be printed on it. International customs regulations require that the value of packages being sent internationally is clearly marked on the outside of the package. |

The total delivery time for your order is the period of time from when you place your order until the time you receive it. It is comprised of two parts: the processing time and the shipping time.
Orders received Monday - Thursday by 11:00 PM (EST) normally leave our distribution center within 24-72 hours after the order has been placed. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
Monogrammed orders will add to the processing time. This time varies depending on the amount of items in the monogram queue.

*A 10% restocking fee will be assessed if the returned item needs to be refolded, ironed or repackaged. |

Due to the nature of our business any item that is not in the original packaging and/or has been used or washed will not be eligible for a refund due to government regulations.
Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the same or comparable item when the defective item is returned within 180 days of receipt of purchase. An explanation of the defect must be noted prior to authorization being granted. Please note loose threads on our towels are a natural occurrence due to the nature of long staple Egyptian cotton and are not a defect.
We are not responsible for damages, losses, delays caused by the shipping carrier, or theft occurring during shipping, and therefore we recommend that you purchase shipping insurance and delivery confirmation, especially if you are a resident outside of the US.
We cannot accept used, washed or custom items for return or exchange. If a soiled item is returned to us, we will return it to the customer at his or her expense.
Once we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved amount to the credit card used to make the purchase.
*Orders that have been customized cannot be canceled.
